According to your score I feel it wouldn't be possible for you to get a government seat even though you belong to the OBC category, as unfortunately, your marks are too low. At the same time, you are on the border of the cut offs for self financed colleges, so it might be slightly diffcult to get self financed colleges as well. But it is worth a try so do fill them during the choice filling, like NHL, Gmers, etc.
Don't worry though, as if you don't get a self financed college, based on your marks you'll definitely get a seat in a Private college in Gujarat through the Management quota.

You have not a good score in NEET 2019. Though you belong to the OBC category but getting a seat in government college is not possible with this score. You have chances to get a seat in private colleges. So do try in a private medical college.  I cannot tell the exact colleges you can get as the cutoff varies every year.
