Hope you are doing well!! Well no worries if you have not been allotted a seat in 1st round of counseling then with that particular rank you will definitely get a seat in second round of counseling. You may not get top NIT's, but you may get NIT Agartala, NIT Raipur etc. Hope these will help you regarding any query feel free to ask in comment section below.
