As there is less time you should work smart. Prepare a schedule as per the known weightages and work evenly for the 3 subjects. Prepare short notes for chemistry from ncert. Also prepare a formulas list for maths and physics. Time management is also an important thing,so work on the practice papers within the given time. Maintain a error notes where you should note all your errors so that it will be useful for revision

There is a bit low chance of getting admission in NITs based on your percentile but you can get admission in private college through state counselling.
Otherwise prepare hard for jee mains 2nd attempt in order to get more marks.
