my obc category rank is 13k in jee mains can i get any govt college ,please tell the branch also. i belong to haryana

Hey, 

As your home state is Haryana, you might be placed in NIT kurukshetra in a stream like Production and Industrial Engineering. The cut off for the mentioned branch is around 19000. After the completion of semester 2, few colleges offer a facility to merit students to shift their branches.(only few)
