You can apply for JOSAA counselling if you want to take a chance but on such OBC-NCL rank you would hardly get any college there instead I would recommend you to take part in some state counselling or for privae colleges.

However you can take prat in JOSAA counselling but before applying for that you can check previous year closing ranks . You can get an idea from previous year's closing ranks available on the official website :-

You can use JEE-Main College Predictor to predict your chances of admission in different engineering colleges of India on the basis of your JEE-Main 2022 result :-
