You have not mentioned which exam you are talking about. I am assuming you are talking about JEE Mains from your rank as this is the only exam where this much number of students take the exam. You have got a very bad rank and I am sorry to inform you that you have literally no chances of getting any good or decent college. Even I have got the same rank. I would suggest you to prepare for one more year if you are really interested in engineering or choose some other higher education option.
