If the above mentioned rank is of JEE main then your state rank will vary depending upon the state college which you want to get admitted into. For example it may vary from about one thousand to ten thousand, for any state. Please mention the state in the comments so that I can check out the exact rank

there is no such rank as state rank. Moreover we can just predict whether you will get the college in your state or not if you tell us your state. Things can be really unpredictable while counseling so wait for the counseling process but keep safe options aswell.
