my OBC-NCL RANK IS 295083 I HAVE QUALIFY OR NOT. OR CAN I JOIN BY THIS RANK ENGINEERING COLLEGE IN TELANGANA STATE

According to your rank in jee your percentile is should be around 70 but the cutoff for OBC-NCL is 74.31 so if really you have less than 74.31 then you have not qualify. So you can only join any college through your 12th percentage in institutes which only accept 12th marks.
