Hi Pratyush, hope you are doing well, I am sorry to say that with your rank of 383992 you can not expect any NIT even though you are of Obc category. Even by hard if you enter you can not get your desired stream. I suggest you go for some private colleges like lpu which are good both in placements as well as academics.

I will suggest you to go for the private colleges in Odisha or you can also go for Orissa jee for getting the state level college. So you should look for these colleges if possible :

Silicon institute of technology

KIIT

Gita institute of technology etc.
