By the looks of things, taking into consideration the previous years data of JEE Mains it looks difficult at this rank to get a good NIT and a good department thereafter.

So as per your ranking and analysis of the previous year cut off it will be some difficult you to get in the best course of the NIT . Through the josaa counselling it will be some difficult to get but try the counselling
