considering your all india rank to be 29k as you mentioned and you belonging to obc category you can get a seat in NIT  Agartala, or some less popular branches in NIT jamshedpur or Patna. These will be best options among others. Also, try for NIT silchar, high chances

You have got a good rank in mains. It would be better if have asked about any particular branch but there greater chance for you to get a NIT seat. But if you try for core branches in top Nits then I think that you have less chances of getting a seat in NIT. But if you want a core NIT with any branch like any branch in NIT Tiruchi then you will get a seat in it. I hope this helps
