First of all congrats for secuuring 112k rank in jee 2019 with 32k rank in obc category . As per latest news hbti might not take admmision through upsee. HBTI KANPUR is switching itsintake through jee mains this will be great news as more intake will be there. And as per your rank yes you will definitely get a seat by 2nd round of counselling else last round is all yours .check: http://hbtu.ac.in/
