                As you are from Andhrapradesh, so you will Home state quota in NIT Andhrapradesh. According to normal counselling cutoffs, you can't get the college at your rank. Closing rank for NIT Andhrapradesh according 7 round counseling is 14k in OBC. But after the normal counseling, their is special round in every NIT'S. So according previous year cut offs, you have just a min chances in Biotechnology in special round 2. That's the only choice for you in NIT Andhrapradesh, but chances are low. It was 72k last year, if you can wait then see what happens this year because cutoffs varies every year.

Your chances of getting a college through JEE mains is very low or you may not get a good government college (NIT, GFTI) with this much score in JEE mains. With a rank of 79879 through OBC quota you can get into NIT but not into the core branches like chemical or metallurgical engineering.
You can write other competitive exams or take a drop.
