Firstly I want to remind you that you didn't mention the exam form name  in which you have uploaded your wrong marks still I am telling you that if it is any entrance exam then I will suggest you to wait for the editing date if it comes then you will have to try to edit it if possible else if your exam form has submitted then you can give exam then after during the time of admission you can show your original marksheet which will leave no effect on your admission
