Dear aspirant,
Yes you can appear for the JEE advanced exam. The criteria for giving Advanced exam is to cross 75% in hsc exam which you have achieved.

but sir my marks in PCM is 73,80,71

Eligibility for jee advanced is decided after clearing the cutoff of JEE main in your respective category.
If your can clear the cut off your are eligible for it.
