for most of the colleges, the criteria is 60% marks in +2 along with a minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology. You have the first condition fulfilled but are lagging in the second hence you won't be able to make it to a good Pharma college. I would suggest you should apply for improvement if your 12th board allows it, and try to score at least 60% marks in these subjects and overall.
