You can go for another application but remember you will not be able to use same mobile number and email id. Also if you have entered some incorrect details you can correct them if allowed during the correction window which will be available from 8th january. You can also use the help portal available on the dashboard after loggin in to your account and put up your query there. They will surely guide you in the best possible way.
