As per your query , I would glad to inform you that if you income is above 8 lakhs,then you will be considered under creamy layer category so fill accoridnly the form ,because at the end when you have to verify the documents to proof your category then they will convert your category to general only . Those income less than 8 lakhs are only eligible for the 27 percent benefits
