As you haven't paid the fee yet , means application form has not been submitted yet, you can leave it and what you can do is apply afresh by registering with a new email id and a new phone number.

• -) To fill Neet 2021 application , you need to go through these steps :- neet registration - > filling of the application form  - > uploading documents   - >  paying the application fee --> take a printout of the confirmation page .
