Wait a little while longer. Bank or payment gateway delays can occasionally cause payment status updates to take up to 48 hours. Even if it wasn't displayed on the APTET website, check your email or SMS to see if you received any confirmation from the payment gateway. Give your payment information (transaction ID, date, bank, amount, name, and mobile number) to the APTET Helpdesk. The notification typically includes APTET's official contact information, which in previous years was aptet.cgg.gov. Ask your bank a question and provide the transaction date and merchant name "APTET" so they can determine whether it's stuck. Within 7–10 working days, they will either confirm your registration or automatically issue a refund if the bank side payment was successful but the APTET side payment failed.
