Ayush as per your marks it seems that you have very bleak chances of getting admission in delhi that too in cse. 

I suggest you to fill in for improvement because not if 75 per cent, at least 60 per cent is required to get admission in a good college. 

Also I suggest that alongside you can prepare for the jee exam. And then score good next year and grab up a good engineering college.
