JEE mains 2021 is conducted in multiple sessions, each session has an independent NTA percentile score the agency prepares a master NTA score so that all the sessions of JEE Mains will be put together for a final ranking. this procedure will be continued for phases 2,3 and 4. This way rank will be calculated.

College can't be predicted right now as you haven't mentioned your rank but based on last year's pattern you might have the chances in NIT Agartala, NIT Meghalaya, BIT Meerut, CMR Institute of Technology, Hyderabad.
