Hi ,

The formula to calculate rank from percentile is ,
(100-P) × N / 100 where P is the percentile and N is the total number of applicants.

P= 99.27 , N = 4,13,284

100- 99.27= 0.73

0.73× 413284/ 100= 3016.25

Hence , your rank would be between 3000 and 3500
