You have not mentioned for which stream you have appeared TANCET. TANCET has released result for MTEch/ME, MCA and MBA.

In general, you can apply for 2nd tier colleges. Admission is done on the basis of rank and rank is made from normalized score.

You can apply for AU or colleges affiliated under AU  will be a best option. You can also apply for government college if you have reservation.
