There is a less chance that you can get any NIt/IIIT in your desired branch on your rank because the cutoff rank for NITs and IIIT are around 97-99 percentile last year. You can get some colleges like on your rank:

2. IIIT,Delhi( CSE and applied mathematics, CSE and design, CSE and social sciences)
3. NSIT,Delhi( IT, CSE)

but as you know cut off depends upon the number of seats available, the difficulty level of paper and number of candidates writing the examination.
