yes of course , since you scored 96.85 percentile which is quite good and moreover you are a SC candidate you will get a seat in best colleges in india very easily . Try for SPA (school of planing and architechture ,DELHI) which is the no.1 college in india with very good placements.

I got 94.32 percentile in Jee main b.arch with an sc rank of 684. The second round of Josaa coumsecoun is over and I still could not secure a seat. Is there any hope ?

No not at all .I haven't any book for aptitude questions . Generally aptitude questions are based on your imagination or view of perspective of figures or object . You can easily solve problems on your thinking skill . Best way of pereparprep is check out last years question . However if you want a book for this perpose you can go for Arihant publication (b.arch) .
