If you are into regular exercising, then it doesn't matter when you start or to end. Exercising during those days of month is perfectly fine and good as it reduces cramps, blood flow is regulated and keeps your body fit.
But this is not in case of every females out there, so choose according to your body needs. You can start exercising and give it a break for 1 day during your periods and start over. Keep the schedule in rhythm.
