With 3700 rank in PESSAT it will be difficult for you to CSE branch. Basically CSE cutoff lies around 900-1000.

But you may get chance in ECE in 2nd or 3rd round of counselling.

With this rank you can get other branches easily - Civil (closing rank 20357), Biotechnology(closing rank 6039), Electrical(closing rank 5623), Mechanical(closing rank 14910).

This information is based on previous year's cutoff. Marks vs ranks varies every year depending upon many factors such as difficulty level of questions, no of students appear for the exam, no of students want to get the the same branch.

As PES is one of the most prestigious private colleges, people don't quickly give away their seats so cutoffs are quite high.
