the instructions for uploading photo in neet ug is-

photographs must be taken on or after 01.09.2019 preferably indicating clearly the name of candidate along with the date of taking the photograph. Photograph should not be with cap or goggles. The focus needs to be on face (80% face coverage, ears clearly visible, on white background)

soin my opinion  if you again reupload your photo then put the any date of December month and remember before uploading photo you must follow the above instructions.
