Hi, Actually it is not such a big deal but dont panic. I dont know how this will be taken so I suggest you rectify this. See CBSE has said that they will intimate students with the discrepancies and allow them to rectify. Now as far as I know, the forms are not scrutinized and so no student has received a mail or SMS. Hence nobody has been able to use the link to remove discrepancy bcause it is not activated. However some like you wish to rectify the image, so they should mail jeemain@nic.in along with the correct photo and subject line must be remove discrepancy in images and in the mail mention that your photo is upside down. Mention you name, application number without fail. 

I also feel that you will be able to get it done once the applications are srutinized. In the meantime, pls send the mail and dont worry. Things will work out.
