As you have got 45 percentile in JEE mains, your general rank will be in between 590000. With this rank it will be difficult for you to get good colleges with good branches.  You may have chances to get colleges but your chances is very less to get CSE branch.

Cutoff keeps changing year to year. Keep in mind that your chances to grab a seat will vary on the following basis:

Number of seats available

Number of students applied for the same branch

Performance of the students

The category you belong to etc.
