Dont't worry, this will be NOT be a problem during your college admissions, unless the official details like your name, roll/registration number, subjects, and marks match correctly.

And, both the certificates should be issued by the same board, or same University.

Not at all,during admission they accept the actual date of passing is the date that mentioned in your provisional degree/Marksheet.

So there will be no problem.
