First of all it is region specific. Because it varies from place to place. It also depends upon the branch you choose . If you are under general category and your score is above 250 then you have a high chance of getting into government polytechnic college. Your minimum must be 230+ to fetch you a government polytechnic college under the general Category.
With 9500 rank you can get ece engineering . You can try for other branches .
