Hey Sarada.

See since the VIT is a private institutions the seats for pursuing btech will be available for most of the ranks until the seats get filled. About the rank u have got it is one of the good rank to get a seat in the Vellore campus in a good core or software branch to pursue ur btech career. U can opt for most of the streams.
