As per your question, as you have good rank in ap eamcet so you may get good colleges as well in core branches. If you want to go with CSE branch then your rank should be below 800 to 1k to get in top colleges like JNTU. As per this rank for CSE branch you may get colleges like:-

1) Gudlavalleru Engineering College, Gudlavalleru:- with a fee structure of 3.5 LPA

2) Sagi Ramakrishnam Raju Engineering College, Bhimavaram :-

These are the colleges where you can get CSE as per trends and cutoff relvant to your rank. But keep in mind cutoff changes every year as it depends on various factors as well.
