Yes, you can get admission in a college through TS EAMCET if you have NCC 'A' certificate. But the seat allotment is on basis of priority. Priority is mapped to each camp certificate. To check the priority number of each certificate and events visit https://tseamcet.nic.in/

Click on 'Priorities of Special Category' and on next page click on 'Special Categories Priorities NCC' to view the priority number.
