Now, based upon your rank if we take a look at previous year cutoff you might not be able to get any branch in vellore and chennai campus.

Actually, depending upon the number of candidates coming for admission in 2019, the final rank will be decided. So, we can't be sure about other campuses that whether the rank goes up or down. 

Basically there are two options I see which might be fit for you:-

(1) Either you wait for some time and try in other two campus or

(2) You can also get enrolled in any of the VIT campus by a quota called Management quota.                   Generally, the fee of this quota would be 4.93L INR per year. If you can afford the fee then you          should directly give a call to concerned authority.

Moreover, VIT has good placement records and many students whose rank is low generally opt the option 2 as mentioned above. Due to good placement spending this much money might be worth it. This is just a suggestion, if you want you can definitely give it a thought.
