Sorry but there's no possibility of securing a seat in agriculture in the government college with a rank of 40180, be you're from OC category or BC/SC/ST category. Estimating on your performance in the exam and the cutoff rank categorically for various courses, if you had scored within 15000, then things could have taken into consideration. But since you did not manage to secure yourself in the minimum qualifying range, hence it's suggested for you to give an another try so that you can be able to score more marks in the AP EAMCET exam.
