Dear yash, In 2017 counselling a candidate with Rank of 1510 was able to get a BALLB seat in the second round and in 3rd and Sliding round was able to get a BALLB seat with 1668 rank. Going by this trend it can be said that you have very good chances of getting a seat in VIPS. I hope it helps, Best of luck!
