It would be better if  you mention your general rank also. But Yes according to previous year cutoff  trends you can get admission in government colleges but it totally depends on the number of applicants having better rank than you. Dont get demotivated if you wan't get one. There are top private institutions also like AKGEC, KIET, GALGOTTIA, GLBAJAJ, IPEC, ABESEC, RKGIT which are doing good in academics as well as placements.
