Hello Chaan.

It would be difficult to provide you the information about the cutoff and chances as officially there is no information about it. But in 2017 the cutoff rank of OBC was around 600-700. So I am sorry to say there are very less chances. You can refer the below given link to check other information https://icar.org.in/
