As per previous year cutoff for M.Sc.from IIT, Lowest rank was AIR 431 for IIT Jodhpur for M.Sc. in physics. So unfortunately option for IITs are closed for you this year. But dont lose hope.
You can get NITs instead of IITs.
Since all the top university conduct their own entrance exam for M.Sc. so very few option are there.
You can get NITs.
