Yes, you can get into an IIT but your JEE - Advanced rank is high so you won't get into the top IITs and also won't be able to get the top branches like CSE, Electrical or IT. You can get branches like Mineral Engineering, Metallurgy in lower-ranked IITs like IIT - Dhanbad or IIT - Goa. You can either choose this or you can opt for NIT and by your rank, you can get into a decent NIT across India with your desired branch.
