Based on your rank in Open category, you can expect the following major IITs 

IIT Madras

IIT Guwahati

IIT Delhi

IIT Hyderabad

IIT Kanpur

IIT Kharagpur ( Many of the branches)

IIT Roorkee (all branches except Mechanical, electronics & CSE)

As all these are premium IITs they will provide good placements. But the placements differ Branch wise. So you can visit official websites of each of these IITs to check placements and then decide which IIT and its branch to go for.

Ranking of IITs or rather branches in terms of placements is as follows:

• CS and Mathematics and Computing at old IITs
• CS at relatively newer IITs.
• ECE/ EEE at Old IITs followed by newer IITs.
• Mech at old IITs followed by new IITs
