Well, borther it would be easier for me to decide if you had told your CRL JEE advanced rank.

Though considering your rank and weightage to the quota, it appears that you have quite low chances of getting a New IIT.

Bother, I would like to suggest that not to opt a new IIT only because of IIT. Prefer a good NIT as per your JEE mains scorecard.
