You can get into the north east national institutes of technology. You might be waitlisted for some but you might end up getting cs in one of them. You can opt for nut arunachal pradesh, or nit meghalaya or maybe even nit sikkim or nit agartala. They have higher cutoffs. All the best.

Hello Rameshwar,
With a rank of 55881 it is difficult to get CSE branch in NIT, IIIT and other colleges. The cut-off rank for CSE branch is within 10000 for most of the top tier colleges. Alternatively you can write state competitive exams to get into CSE branch. You can try applying for RV, KIIT, VIT and other state colleges.
