Being a girl candidate and also OBC - NCL candidate , and with your rank of 43389 ,it is possible that you will get a seat in many NIT's and IIIT's. 

But you will have to compromise one thing to get others. You will get only one thing out of good college and good branch, Either you opt Good NIT and compensate your branch or opt for a good branch in not so good NIT's.

According to previous years cut off analysis which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year,depending upon level of difficulty of mains this year,no of candidates applying to NIT's  through  state quota/outside quota (from obc category )so nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity,since you have not mentioned any specific state you will have more chances of getting NIT's with state quota, from outside state quota you will have no-,meagre chances for NIT's,though you can get NITs like not Srinagar(chemical ,civil, electrical, metallurgy) and not meghalaya(civil,mechanical) and nit agartala(production engg)with your general rank also you can get good colleges with this rank and also a no of colleges govt/private of your state,below i am mentioning some few good colleges:

• IGDTUW:INDIRA GANDHI DELHI TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY FOR WOMEN(CSE,ME,Electronics cut off rank=47518)
• Pune institute of computer technology,pune (IT cr=50000, round 2)
