You can get into newer NITs specially Sikkim, Arunachal pradesh, Hamirpur, Manipur, Mizoram, Meghalaya and Silchar for Biotechnology, civil, Instrumentation engineering.

Chances with top NITs like Rourkela, Durgapur, Trichy, Warangal, Surat, Surathkal arevery low.
