I don't think that is possible. However, you can get IT which is pretty similar to CSE and same job offers and other branches like Computer science and system engineering or electronics and communication. The CSE seats at KIT are at most filled up by 5000 ranks.

Though I wouldn't want you to lose all your hopes but be prepared if you don't get CSE because the chances are high.
