5000 and MEch oe CSE seems a bit difficult. But you know what you can opt for entry as an NRI, you’ll pay more but you get to choose your branch.

The best option would be take whatever branch you get, work hard and get upgraded in 2nd year. Remember you’ll have to “WORK HARD”, its not easy to get into good branch. CSE or Mech sorted after branch in Manipal.
